With over 30 years of international experience in private banking, family office advisory, and cross-border investment management, Thomas bring a deep understanding of governance, fiduciary responsibility, and long-term value creation to the boardroom. His career has been built at the intersection of finance, strategy, and stakeholder alignment — advising global families, institutional investors, and corporates on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
As a Swiss Certified Financial Analyst (CIIA) and former Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Portugal (2020–2024), Thomas combine analytical rigor with diplomatic acumen. His leadership style is grounded in integrity, independence of thought, and a strong commitment to transparent decision-making.
Having served as Managing Partner of TNT Nest & Invest in Dubai and board member of various private investment entities in Switzerland and the UAE, Thomas have developed a governance mindset shaped by accountability, cross-cultural collaboration, and strategic foresight. He is particularly focused on helping boards navigate growth, risk, and succession while ensuring alignment between ownership, management, and long-term stakeholder interests.
