My professional expertise has been built over more than 30 years in HR and Legal Advisory roles, out
of which, 20 years in Senior and Executive management positions in MNC’s. Academic qualifications
include a Masters in Laws and subsequent certifications in international Law and Arbitration, in HSE and
an MIT -Sloan Management certification in Leading Organizational Change. I am also a member of ATD
(Association for Talent Development), SHRM (Sociey for Human Resources Management) and the Dubai
based Community of French Lawyers.
