Hermione Harrison is a Director and Head of Corporate Governance for M/HQ.
She chiefly focuses on international wealth structuring and governance and leads the Abu Dhabi office. Hermione has extensive experience working with local families, national and international companies across sectors on a wide range of strategic governance, structural and compliance issues. She is passionate about governance and supporting families and companies to grow in a sustainable way.
Hermione regularly sits on boards and councils to provide strategic guidance. She was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia and has a range of international legal and business experience across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Hermione regularly contributes to publications, roundtables and seminars.
