35+ years of blended expertise, establishing, transforming and expanding profitable public and private businesses, first as the Head of Financing and Treasury at LVMH, then in management roles and functions spanning across Investment Banking, Asset and Wealth Management at major international banks in London, Paris and Frankfurt, and now as a Venture Partner in Dubai.
Elisabeth has extensive expertise in advising Financial Institutions, Corporates, Family Offices and Entrepreneurs to provide them with a broad range of customized investment banking solutions and direct investment opportunities. Transactions included global markets solutions across the asset classes, funds, private equity, direct investments, as well as M&A, capital markets and alternative funding solutions.
She has a comprehensive experience in board directorship of listed and non-listed companies, being a board member and audit committee chair of a company listed on Euronext Paris, a well as a former board member of a DIFC incorporated company, licensed by the DFSA, and as a former director of an Investment Trust listed on LSE.
In her roles, she ensured compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including Stock Exchanges rules, best standards of corporate governance, monitoring of financial reporting, internal control and risk management systems, as well as of internal and external audit services.
