With his long-term experience at a leading industrial MNC, Christian brings a wealth of expertise in the domain of Senior CFO- and Board Member roles. As founder of C.K. Management Consulting & Solutions FZE, he successfully engaged in a variety of assignments in the ME and beyond; company restructuring and -transformation, PE-backed global growth initiatives and advising a leading telecom player on its international governance framework, to name a few. Christian’s background primarily covers (i) linking Strategy with Corporate Finance and Capital Market Strategies, (ii) implementing IFRS-based Balance Sheet- and Cash Flow-based business initiatives and (iv) developing effective Governance Schemes focusing on Risk Management- and Internal Control Frameworks.
