Bijna advises and serves the Boards of various VC and PE funds and companies across the globe. She has also led Strategy, (Digital) Transformation, and Innovation within the Financial Services sector across the UK, EMEA, the Americas, and Asia over two decades.
During this time, she has also instituted R&D, innovation & data-science labs, accelerators, and hackathons across these verticals to support partner organisations/founders with establishing true value for their customer journeys and propositions. This has given Bijna a unique perspective & deep knowledge of the start-up and venture capital ecosystem.
Bijna’s unique experiences and global network have resulted in demand for Bijna to provide guidance and advisory services to founders of new ventures and long-standing established firms alike. Bijna operates in an advisory capacity to Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds. She supports founders, start-up, and Fintech across geographies; and has also advised established groups such as the Bank of Lichtenstein, Vienna.
Bijna also holds advisory (board) roles with the Inclusive Companies Network, FinTech Connect, CIONET, Generation Success, Cajigo, and DMU Alumni Women’s Network. Additionally, she serves as a Host / Judge for a portfolio of initiatives including EfMA, the Inclusive Companies Awards, the Dublin Tech Summit, and The Diversity in Tech Awards, powered by Microsoft.
